Our 2024 Shoumei White Tea is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, embodying the elegance of Guizhou's high-altitude tea gardens. This lightly fermented white tea is carefully handpicked from mixed cultivar plants during the sunny, dry months of May to September. Only the tender "two to three leaves" formations are chosen, ensuring a balance of freshness and complexity. After three days of natural withering, the leaves develop a greenish hue and a distinctive character. Its bright orange infusion and mellow aroma reflect the essence of Guizhou’s pristine mountain environment.
Nestled at elevations of 800 to 1200 meters in Guizhou's lush, mountainous regions, our tea gardens thrive in an ideal microclimate. The clear, dry weather of late spring and summer allows for the slow, steady growth of high-quality tea leaves.
